As early as 2019, China Cargo Airlines commissioned Lufthansa Technik AG to supply components for its Boeing 747-400 freighter aircraft. With the commissioning of the new Boeing 777 freighter, Lufthansa Technik has now expanded its component supply.
As part of the 15-year contract, more than ten Boeing 777-200 F will be supplied with component services. Lufthansa Technik will support China Cargo Airlines’ main base in Shanghai with its component service offices in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Hamburg to coordinate customer support and ensure 24/7 delivery of diverse services at locations worldwide. Maintenance, repair and overhaul services are provided in Lufthansa Technik’s component centers in Hamburg and Shenzhen.
